Title: Method and apparatus for the manufacture of sheets for holding postage stamps or the like

Abstract: Continuous lines of glue are applied on one side of a sheet of transparent material. A sheet of paper is thereafter brought into contact with the glued side of the said transparent sheet, and the said sheets are compressed together along selected lengths of the said glue lines, whilst subjecting the said transparent sheet to the action of a cutting device, which cuts the said transparent sheet along a prefixed pattern, without cutting the underlying paper sheet.
