Title: Method of making an improved tire building sleeve and said sleeve

Abstract: This invention relates to a method of making sleeves or bladders for tire building machines for building bias angle tires, bias belted tires or radial ply belted tires by building the core of the sleeve of natural rubber, high cis polybutadiene, high cis polyisoprene, acrylonitrile-butadiene and butadiene styrene, and covering the outside of the core and at least part of the inside thereof with a layer of polyurethane elastomer, where the expose coat contains 0.5 to 10 percent by weight of silicone polycarbinol as slip agent.
